Ok, I made the title up. Now, I am not a fruit guy, but in order to be healthier, I need to eat right, right? So, I decided to start eating fruit more often and chose a couple of fruits that I can tolerate, even enjoy. So I came up with this experimental smoothie, and loved it!
Mix 3 oz of fresh blueberries, a handful of green grapes, 8oz of 1% milk, and a scoop of banana cream flavored whey protein powder which you can get from GNC.
Put it in a blender for a minute and then enjoy! It sure beats raw eggs.
