7:00-7:05 Prayer acknowledging Christ as the center of our lives and our training
7:05-7:15 – The class will be performing an intense warm up and Phil will be leading the stretching.
Circuit / Drills Training
7:15 – 7:45 – Today’s class, we will be working on sparring/shadowboxing drills. The following techniques will be worked on:
- Back fist
- Front Kick
- Round Kick
Pad holders will call out the technique that is to be performed. Any new students to the class will work with Jeff on basics to help get you started.
7:45 – 7:50 – We’ll perform our granada at the end of our class.

It is not ourselves alone who are strong enough to make it through all of life’s battles. It is Christ who gives us strength, and He is our shield which fends off the enemies every attack. By joyfully singing praises to Him, we acknowledge where are true power lies. It is in the only One that could save us from our sinfulness. It is Jesus Christ, the ultimate warrior!
