7:00-7:05 Prayer acknowledging Christ as the center of our lives and our training
7:05-7:15 – The class will be performing an intense warm up and Phil will be leading the stretching.
Circuit / Drills Training
7:15 – 7:45 – Today’s class, we’ll focus on combinations with 2 minute rounds.
Front Kick / Jab / Cross / Round Kick
Offensive Side Kick / Defensive Side Kick / Turn Side Kick
Thrust Kick / Jab / Cross
New or beginning students will work on the jab, cross, front kick, and thrust kick.
7:45 – 7:50 – We’ll perform our granada at the end of our class.
