7:00-7:05 Prayer acknowledging Christ as the center of our lives and our training
7:05-7:15 – The class will be performing an intense warm up and Phil will be leading the stretching.
Circuit / Drills Training
7:15 – 7:45 – Today’s class, we’ll focus on sparring drills. Advanced students will bring sparring gear. Beginners and those without their gear will work on pad drills.
We’ll focus on 5 minute boxing, 5 minute kicking drills, and 5 minute implementing boxing and kicking. Each student will have a partner and they will alternate.
7:45 – 7:50 – We’ll perform our granada at the end of our class.
