Prayer acknowledging Christ as the center of our lives and our training
We’ll go through our standard warm up and stretching.
Beginners: We’ll be performing thrust kicks.
Advanced: We’ll be working on the thrust kick, back leg round kick, and turn side kick.
At the end of the set, you’ll perform one set of rapid punches, and 3 hard punches. Perform the same repetitions to the other side of the room and perform 10 push ups and 10 crunches.
In 5 minute increments, work on some pad/sparring drills.
Advanced: include blocks, slips, evasive drills with your punches and kicks.
Beginners: Use the jab, cross, and hook for hand techniques, and the front kick for your kicking technique.
We’ll perform our granada at the end of our class.
