Prayer acknowledging Christ as the center of our lives and our training
We’ll go through our standard warm up and stretching.
We’ll focus on the jab, cross, hook, and the front kick. This will help reinforce the basics in these specific techniques as well as ramp up any one first coming to our class. This session will prepare us for what we will be doing in session 2.
A brief description and demonstration for each technique will be performed, and practiced.
For a timed session of 3 minutes, we’ll be performing the techniques.

We’ll perform our granada at the end of our class.
