We’ll go through our standard warm up and stretching.
We’ll be working on the jab, cross and the hook in 3 minute exercises.
Beginners / Newcomers
We’ll introduce the front kick, side kick, and the thrust kick.
We’ll be working on the round kick, side kick, and the turn side kick.
We’ll perform our granada at the end of our class.
