Opening Prayer

Prayer acknowledging Christ as the center of our lives and our training

Warm up

We’ll go through our standard warm up and stretching.�
Jumping Jacks for 30 seconds
Pogo Jump for 30 seconds
Sprawl for 30 seconds
Jab / Cross for 30 seconds
Divebomber Pushup
Squat Jumps

Session #1

Tonight, we’ll be working on kicking drills by focusing on the following kicks:
Front Kick, Round Kick, Side Kick, Thrust Kick, Turn Side Kick, Offensive Side Kick

Session #2

I will do an introduction to the jump reverse side kick.  We’ll go through the different steps into performing this kick successfully.


We’ll perform our granada at the end of our class.
