Opening Prayer

Warm up

We’ll go through our standard warm up and stretching.�
Jumping Jacks for 30 seconds
Pogo Jump for 30 seconds
Sprawl for 30 seconds
Jab / Cross for 30 seconds
Divebomber Pushup
Squat Jumps

Session #1

We’ll focus on a very intense workout today using various techniques.�
Slip drill – 30 seconds
Slip hook Drill – 30 seconds
Slip hook uppercut drill – 30 seconds
Jab – 50 reps
Jab Cross – 30 seconds
Jab Cross Hook – 30 seconds
Jab Cross Hook Uppercut – 30 seconds
Knee Strikes – 30 seconds
Front Kick – 30 seconds
Side Kick – 30 seconds
Round Kick – 30 seconds

Switch Sides after each set.

Session #2

We’ll switch partners during our second session.


We’ll perform our granada at the end of our class.

What an amazing and mysterious Scripture. Faith, which is described in another passage as the assurance of things hoped for, is the entryway into grace. In other words, we have an assurance that God has poured His favor upon us. How can we make such a claim? When God gave His only Son, Jesus Christ, He tore down the separation between God and man. Peace with God has been made on the cross. God is waiting for you to believe it and stand in the grace of His mercy.
