Today, we’ll be focusing on basics and our technique. We’ll focus on slow kicks, and other drills to improve our technique.
Session #2
This will be the final day of our unarmed self defense training. Next month, we’ll focus on defense against a gun. I will be bringing in a training tool to help with this.
Granada
We’ll perform our granada at the end of our class.
