We’ll be working on combinations again with a good level of intensity. They’ll involve more combinations than one or two techniques.

Thrust Kick / BL Round Kick / Turn Side Kick
During this drill, we’ll be working on a continuous routine, by adding a technique after a certain amount of time. The objective for this routine is speed and power.
Jab / Cross / Front Kick / Hook / Round Kick
For this station, we’ll focus on sparring drills. We’ll work on the defensive side kick and the turn side kick as a counter defensive.
