Last week went well, thought there are some room for improvement. This week, we’re going to reduce how much we do in an hour so we are able to give more time for each station.
Boxing / MMA Gloves
Prayer acknowledging Christ as the center of our lives and our training
Medium Intensity Warm up focusing on cardio, strength and endurance.
We’re going to work on our techniques using x-ray sheets. We won’t spend too much time focusing on detail, but be aware. We’ll mainly work on the following kicks: front, side, round, and the hook kicks.
We’ll be reiterating what we worked on last week on how to hold pads. This will be led by Jeff.
Advanced Technique / Self Defense
This station will be integrated with the power/speed/technique station at the beginning of the class.
We’ll do Version 1 of the Granada
This will be a time of fellowship and open to anyone with prayer requests.
