I have posted the first class schedule of what to expect with our new routine. 
Gear:
Boxing / MMA Gloves

Schedule

Opening Prayer
Prayer acknowledging Christ as the center of our lives and our training
Warm up
Medium Intensity Warm up focusing on cardio, strength and endurance.
Power Drills
We’ll work on combination drills.
Jab / Cross / Back leg front kick. 
Stations
Jeff will be teaching effective methods to holding pads.
Advanced Technique / Self Defense
We’ll focus on improving the hook kick.
Granada
We’ll do Version 1 of the Granada
Devotional
