We’ll be working on technique by doing slow kicks.
Low Back Leg Round Kick / Jab / Cross / Mid-High Back Leg Round Kick
Defensive Side Kick / Side Kick / Offensive Side Kick
Back Leg Front Kick / Back Leg Round Kick / Spin Hook Kick
(Only if there is time) – Side Kick the body shield all the way across the floor. Everytime you set down, do 10 pushups.
