March 25, 2013 Class

We will be working on leg conditioning for class.   We will be working on the following:

  • Slow kicks including the front, side, and round kicks.
  • Lead Leg Push Kick / Round Kick – we will learn how to hold pads for this as well as some methods to use this type of combination in sparring
  • Side Kicks – we will improve side kick technique so it is effective
