For beginning students, we’ll focus on the jab, cross for punching, and the front, side, and thrust kicks.
For the advanced students, we’ll focus on the jab, cross for punching, and the front, side, and round kicks.
We’ll focus on defensive sparring drills using evasive and blocking techniques which will be led by Jeff.
We’ll do Version 1 of the Granada
