Our martial arts classes are for any male 13 years or older. Anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a male guardian. Fathers, this is a great way to bond with your son(s)!
Click here, print out, and bring this signed waiver to your first class. All information should be filled out. A one time fee of $40 per person is required for the season.
Required Gear:
Boxing or MMA gloves
Jump rope
If you have focus mitts, you can bring them.
