I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend, and are excited as much as I am about tonight’s class!

Tonight, we will focus on kicking drills including combination kicks as well.  Kicking is definitely my most favorite to train.  It should be a very fun class!

For our devotional time, we will focus on a character trait every Christian, especially men, should possess.  That trait is Integrity.
