Tonight is the first night of 2014 – 2015.  We will be going over basic technique in fun and engaging drills included with time at the end to get to know each other.
We will focus on the following techniques:

• Jab – Cross combination
• Thrust Kick
• Front Kick

It is important to focus on basic fundamentals which will help build solid technique.  We look forward to seeing you!
