Warm up
7:05-7:15 – The class will be performing an intense warm up and stretching.
Circuit / Drills Training
7:15 – 7:45 – We will work on the following workout:
1st Set
Jab – Jab – Cross | 10-8-6-4-2
Thrust Kick | 2-4-6-8-10
2nd Set
Dip – Low Hook – High Hook | 10-8-6-4-2
Side Kick | 2-4-6-8-10
50 pushups
Granada
7:45 – 7:50 – We’ll perform our granada at the end of our class.
