1 Peter 5:10 – And the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
Training is a priority when you are getting ready for a deployment or for a tournament. It is one of the main building blocks to our success in the fight. If we do not lay training out as our foundation, we will never succeed in combat. Training requires you to put in the sweat and time to be the best you can be and it is hard. Training builds strength, speed, and a steadfast resolve to be victorious.
As Christians, life is training for something far greater than we can even hope to imagine. As followers of Christ, suffering comes with the territory. Remember, suffering for Christ is not done in vain. Just like in training, suffering will produce results. In Christ, we will be made strong, firm, and steadfast in our resolve for Glory in Christ Jesus.
