Endurance Combination Drill

The following exercise will demonstrate your endurance level as it did me.  Remember, if you feel light headed or dizzy during this exercise, please stop immediately.  Depending on your fitness level, soreness is likely.

From ten repetitions down to one, perform a jab / cross combination.  After each set, peform a sprawl starting from the count of one to the count of 10.

2 sprawl
8  jab / cross
3 sprawl
7  jab / cross
4 sprawl
6  jab / cross
5 sprawl
7  jab / cross
4 sprawl
8  jab / cross
3 sprawl
