We’ll continue working on what we did last week, and also working on defensive sparring drills.

Schedule

Opening Prayer

Prayer acknowledging Christ as the center of our lives and our training

Warm up

Medium Intensity Warm up focusing on cardio, strength and endurance.

Technique Drills

We’ll be working on punching and kicking combinations.

Beginner
For beginning students, we’ll focus on the jab, cross for punching, and the front, side, and thrust kicks.

 Advanced
For the advanced students, we’ll focus on the jab, cross for punching, and the front, side, and round kicks.

Stations

We’ll focus on defensive sparring drills using evasive and blocking techniques which will be led by Jeff.

Granada

We’ll do Version 1 of the Granada
