Monday’s Workout

Last night, we worked on conditioning and endurance.  When you fight, you need to be in top conditioning, otherwise, you will not last very long.  Try on this workout for yourself.
We worked on the following drills at one minute intervals for a full five minute set:

  • Boxing Drills
  • Crunches
  • V-Ups
  • Flutter Kicks
  • In and Outs
  • Thrust Kicks
  • Crunches
  • V-Ups
  • Flutter Kicks
  • In and Outs
  • Boxing and Kicking Combinations

Then perform the following for one minute intervals:

  • Round Kicks
  • Pushups
  • Vertical Pushups
  • Alternate Pushups
  • Wide Arm Pushups
  • Close Arm Pushups
  • Diamond Pushups
  • Round Kicks (other leg)
  • Pushups
  • Vertical Pushups
  • Alternate Pushups
  • Wide Arm Pushups
  • Close Arm Pushups
  • Diamond Pushups
  • Thrust Kicks
