Pulverize Your Arms!

You will probably start to notice me using a one minute interval for most of my workouts.  It is because I see so much benefit from them.  They also help when you are running low on time.  This workout will consist of working your bicep and tricep muscles.
Workout Routine
Perform three sets to your workout at one minute intervals including:

  • Pushup on your knuckles
  • Bicep Curls

The pushup and the bicep curls equal one set.  Perform as many repetitions as you can in one minute for each muscle group and exercise.  You will have done a total of six exercises wrapped into three sets.
