Punching / Kicking Combinations of the Day

Today, I’ll be posting a great combination that includes kicking and punching.  I performed this drill yesterday during my Diamond Nationals preparation, and found this drill to be a lot of fun! 

Throw a low, back leg round kick, followed with a jab/cross combination.  Then throw a front hand hook punch, followed by a defensive side kick.  Perform 10 reps per side.
