This drill is more for endurance and stamina.  It also employs training for sparring. 

Peform the following drills in order, with the following repetitions.
10, 8, 6, 4, 2

Jab / Cross / Duck / Jab Cross
Round Kick

Hook / Duck / Hook / Cross / Hook
Front Kick

Blitz Drill
Sliding Sidekick
