Don’t have a lot of time to train when you know you need to?  Try this workout for your arms.  You will see immediate results.  (No, you will not have biceps like Arnold, but you will feel like you do)
Knuckle Pushups for 30 seconds
Bicep Curls for 30 seconds
Repeat the exercise above two more times.  You will have had 3 sets.
