I do not know if this exercise exists already or if you can find it anywhere else. However, it is an exercise I am not quite fond of, but it really works the full body. You will see this exercise in much of my routines.
X-burpee really stands for extreme burpee. To perform this exercise, you drop into a squat, thrust your legs behind you, and do a pushup. Then you shoot your legs back into a squat position and jump in the air as high as you can. We will eventually see this exercise on our How-To Videos page.
