I’ve decided to come up with an intense workout regimen I like to call X.F.I.T. I noticed there are a lot of sites out there with this title, so I’m not trying to steal any idea. X.F.I.T. stands for Extreme Fitness Intensity Training. I’m always looking to train harder so I become faster, stronger, and in the best shape I can be. In the next few months, I’m going to conduct a personal experiment to put this to the test.
